Termination.id was built to fill a real gap: most employment-termination content online is either generic law-firm marketing or dense legal text that doesn't actually help someone who just lost their job — or an HR team trying to do right by a departing employee.

We provide free, plain-English information for two audiences at once: employees trying to understand whether their termination was lawful and what they're owed, and employers and HR teams trying to reduce legal risk while treating people fairly.

What we are

A free educational resource with practical tools — including an AI Wrongful Termination Analyzer and a severance calculator — and a way to request a free case review with an independent, licensed employment attorney.
